PowerOut is a program to warn you of impending power outages. None of the programs on the market today can tell you this important information. Some of the features that this program has are a real time (using the Bronxky-Stycks time slowing algorithm) display of pertinant electical data and an active plotting matrix.

The ammeter displays the amperage coming in from the wall and the voltmeter displays the AC wave. The two are plotted against each other in the x-y plot. The flip button reverses the axises. The three radio buttons above the readouts change the scale or gain.
What's new since version 1.0? I made a couple stylistic changes. The missing train is now gone, mostly because it didn't offer much more than a chuckle. A couple more bugs appear during a surge.
